If the PH level of rain decreases to 5 then it is known as acid rain.
It may cause many problems for aquatic animals.
The fields PH level increases therefore leads to less yield.

Sometimes due to industrial pollutants or gases like sulphur mix with the rainwater and this contaminated rainwater is called acid rain. It is very harmful for trees, animals, humans, marble monuments like Taj Mahal and the soil.
