 A molecule is said to be electrically symmetrical if the electron cloud distributed over the bond forming atoms is same,i.e.,the electronegativity of the two atoms is same.

· Electrically symmetrical means , both the atoms of a molecule have nearly same electonegativity so that the electronic cloud is symmetrically distributed between both the atoms.
