thank you for asking the question !!!
In this poem writer tells about an old dog who was sleeping in the hot sun on the porch. He was very lazy as he was dreaming about chasing a rabbit when a fly buzzed near him and the dog just flapped his ear and opened his sleepy eyes slightly like he was still dreaming.
He was too lazy that he fell asleep once again and started dreaming about chasing that rabbit. He was too lazy to get up and run to catch the rabbit. He was happy in his dreamy life.
