Only a person totally devoid of common sense would attempt to carry a cat by its tail. Common sense is something you can only learn from experience because you cannot be born with it, and you can't learn it in a classroom. As a parent, I have warned my daughter about certain household dangers many times, but she never believes me until she learns the hard way.
