Explanation:

meaning of weaker section is that they didn't get much facilities or privileges as the powerful sector or they may have following problems

Problems faced by the weaker sections are:

Lack of facilities: People belonging to weaker sections don’t have access to sanitation facilities, education, basic facilities such as drinking water, electricity, homes, etc

Job opportunities: They also don’t have access to employment opportunities like others as they are given jobs mostly in the "unorganised sector". Their work includes doing meagre jobs such as scavengers.

Untouchability: One of the worst things they have to face apart from dealing with poor living conditions, lack of funds and facilities is poor social standing. People belonging to the weaker sections are often discriminated against and untouchability is practised.
