Right to equality means , everyone is equal in front of law .
We know that , Indian constitution is the longest constitution in the whole world . Now , this constitution of ours include almost all of the humanely fundamental rights that a person should have . There are seven fundamental rights :-
- Right to equality .
- Right to freedom .
- Right against exploitation .
- Right to freedom of religion .
- Cultural and educational rights .
- Right to Constitution remedies .
- Free and compulsory education from 6-14 years .
The first fundamental right of our suggests equality infront of the law . No one is judged by their ethnicity , Caste , creed , race , religion , gender, place of birth etc .
