Right to equality means , everyone is equal in front of law .

We know that , Indian constitution is the longest constitution in the whole world . Now , this constitution of ours include almost all of the humanely fundamental rights that a person should have . There are seven fundamental rights :-

  • Right to equality .

  • Right to freedom .

  • Right against exploitation .

  • Right to freedom of religion .

  • Cultural and educational rights .

  • Right to Constitution remedies .

  • Free and compulsory education from 6-14 years .

The first fundamental right of our suggests equality infront of the law . No one is judged by their ethnicity , Caste , creed , race , religion , gender, place of birth etc .
