Since in parallelogram opposite angles ate equal
So 60 - x = 3x - 4
60 + 4 = 3x + x
64 = 4x
x = 16

\huge\sf\underline{\underline{\red{AnsWeR}}}

we know that opposite angles are equal to each other so,

\sf\green{60 - x = 3x - 4}

\sf\green{-4x = -64}

\sf\green{ x = 64/ 4}

\sf\green{ x = 16}

so, the value of 'X' in this opposite angle is

\sf\green{  16}
