The measuring scale of a clinical thermometer starts at 35°C and goes up to 42°C.
An ice cream, however, is much colder than even 35-degree Fahrenheit.
Thus we can never measure the temperature of ice cream with the help of a clinical thermometer.
A clinical thermometer is designed to take body temperature of humans.

⭕ If we measure the temperature of ice cream with the help of thermometer then we can't measure because the thermometer have a specific range of 35°C to 42° C and the temperature of ice cream is less than 35°C that's why the temperature is not readed by the clinical thermometer.
