To calculate length take a scale to calculate Length, breadth and height.

[ notebooks length and height are same and breadth is different in case of rectangle ]

[ notebooks length, breadth and height all are same in case of a square ]


If the notebook is square The area will be The square of The side of the square notebook.

If the notebook is rectangle the area will be length multiplied by the breadth of the notebook.


The long side would be the length and height of the notebook in both rectangle and square.

The breadth is same if the notebook is a square.

The breadth is different to height and length if the notebook is rectangle.

We cannot take the volume of the notebook because it is not a cube, cuboid or cylinder. We can take volume of these three only.
