First determine the weight of the density bottle (A1) when it's empty...
Then fill it with the liquid you want to use to determine the density
Then determine the weight of the bottle with the liquid (A2)
Then the weight of liquid will be A2 - A1
You now already know the volume of the bottle
Now apply them to density = weight/volume
Don't forget to mention temperature because density varies......
