Nicotine is a poison found in tobacco? What measurement should be taken, in your opinion to discourage its use?

we should reduce the use of taking tobacco as it is something very pathetic fallacy to our health.....it is the main reason for cancer and an ultimate death.........its smoke gets mixed with the haemoglobin and make it poisonous and reduces its oxygen carrying ability.........which the main reason for death.......so we should ban it
