Answer:

As the sum of adjacent angles is 180°

So,

(5x-10)°+(4x+1)°=180°

=>5x°+4x°-10°+1°=180°

=>9x-9°=180

=>9x°=180°+9°

=>x=189°/9°

=>x=21°

So, the angles are (5x-10)°=(5x21-10)°=95°

(4x+1)°=(4x21+1)°=85°

Step-by-step explanation:

(5x-10)°+(4x+1)°=180°

9x-9=180°

9x=180+9

9x=189

×=21

thus, measure of 1st angle = (5x-10)°

=5×21-10

=105-10

=95°

measure of 2nd angle =(4x+1)°

=4×21+1

=84 +1

=85°

AND TO CHECK CORRECTNESS ADD 1ST ANGLE TO 2ND AND IF IT IS 180° THEN IT IS CORRECT.
