Meat alone is sufficient to provide all nutrients to the body. State whether true or false.


Anonymous: its false bcz meat is rich in only proteins.. so If a person only takes meat then other nutrients like carbohydrates, fat,vitamins and minerals will lack

this statement is false because meat either not gives all nutrients.

it doesn't provide some minerals ,vitamins ,etc.
