meat is easier to digest as compared to grass. Why ??

Our digestive systems don't have the necessary enzymes to digest cellulose, which is a major component in grass. Hence we cannot digest grass. But we have the enzymes to digest the proteins, carbohydrates and fats in meat. So humans can digest meat more easily.
