The correct answer of this question is Option A.

Sound is actually the physical vibration which travels through different types of medium, that's why it cannot travel through the vacuum space due to the lack of propagation medium.

But radio waves of the satellites are basically electromagnetic waves which don't need any sort of propagation medium, that's why it can travel through the vacuum space.
