hey mate here is your answer..

first of all the median is

8, 7, 5, 6, 3, 8, 5, 3

first you have to count the numbers ......

there are total 8 numbers ......

(8 is a even number)

so,

the answer will be 8 divided by 2........

answer is 4

show the fourth term of number is 6

because , 8 is first number 7 is second number 5 is third number so, 6 will be fourth number

..............................................

therefore the fourth term is 6

..............................................

THIS IS THE MEDIAN OF THE NUMBER.

(when you will count the number if the number will be odd you have to add one number but if it's already even then you don't have to add one.)

hope this will help you Mark me as brainliest
