No. of terms=10
Median=average of 10/2th,10/2 +1th
i.e.5th,6th term
63=x+x+2/2
63=x+1
x=62

Number of terms ( n ) = 10 ( even )
Median = average of [ (n/2), ( n/2 + 1 ) ]th
terms
= average of 5th and 6th terms
= ( x + x + 2 )/2
= ( 2x + 2 )/2
= x + 1 -----( 1 )
Median = 63 ----( 2 ) [ given ]
( 1 ) = ( 2 )
=> x + 1 = 63
=> x = 63 - 1
=> x = 62
