We know that:

if x,y is the median then :

x=(x1+x2+x3)/3

y=(y1+y2+y3)/3

Given:

Let the third vertex be a,b

(a+5-1)/3=0

=a+4=0

=a=-4

Then:

(b+2+4)/3=-3

b+6=-9

=b=-15

The third vertex is(a,b) or (-4,-15)

Hope it helps
