The number of box that an 800kg van can hold = 177boxes

Weight of each box of medicine = 4kg500g = 4000g + 500g = 4500g

Weight that a van can carry = 800kg =800*1000g = 800000g

Therefore the number of boxes that can carry is 80000/4500 = 177.18

The van can carry 177 boxes.
