Meditate and Reflect- Last two years have been unprecedented in human history. Human
civilisation has been afflicted with plagues and medical calamities but Covid-19 has been the
first one in 21st century. One of course needs to stay healthy and safe but mental health cannot
be neglected at the same time. Too keep one mentally fit one can indulge in a lot of activities;
reflection can be one such activity. Maintain a reflective journal/diary and note down your
daily reflections, observations in the diary in few lines.
