Pikovskaya's Agar Medium, is a selective medium for isolating PSB Species. The inoculated plates were incubated aerobically at 32°C for 9 to 10 days. After incubation, the colonies showing clear zone of phosphate solubilization were counted and expressed as colony forming unit (cfu) per gram of soil.
