The functions of these respective parts are :
1.Medulla controls involuntary actions above neck. for example - coughing, sneezing.
2. It connects pons and cerebellum.

under production of growth hormone - dwarfism

1) It controls the rate of breathing.
2) It controls the contraction of blood vessel
Functions of Cerebellum:-
1)It maintains the body equilibrium I.e helps in walking,running and doing other physical activities etc
2) Precision of voluntary action which is processed by the cerebrum.

b)Both overproduction and underproduction of growth hormone leads to disorders in the body.This is because overproduction of growth hormone leads to a disorder known as GIGANTISM and undersecretion of growth hormone leads to a disorder known as DWARFISM
