There are certain rules to remember while converting a statement of direct speech into indirect speech. Pronouns of the First Person are changed into the person of the Subject/Speaker, 'I' becomes 'he' and words showing the nearness of time or place are changed into words showing distance, 'here' becomes 'there' and 'tomorrow' becomes 'the next day'. While converting sentences in simple future tense to indirect speech, change 'will be' to 'would be'.

Option C, 'He said that he would be there again the next day', is the correct answer as it obeys all the above-mentioned rules.

Options A, B and D are incorrect because these are not in accordance with the rules explained above
