Meena who is studying in class-x gets tired very soon and her skin colour is turning pale, her haemoglobin content in the blood is also low she is really confused about this situation. i). which disease is she suffering from. ii). what kind of diet should she take to overcome this problem.

ii.)To treat anemia, she should be suggested to eat more meat—especially red meat as well as chicken, turkey, pork, fish, and shellfish. Non Meat foods that are good sources of iron include: Spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables.
