no. of pens=(14×50)/20=35....

the cost of one pen is rs. 14

So the cost of 50 pens having cost of one pen is rs. 14

=14*50

=rs 700

If the cost of one pen is rs 20

So the no. of pen she bought at 700rs @20rs

=700/20

=35 pens

Therefore, Meenal bought 50 pens each costing rupees 14, she can buy '35 pens' from the same amount if each costing rupees 20
