The result of my meeting with ten responsible people and asking them about their knowledge of the six consumer rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act:

  • When I met ten different people from my town only four people knew the six rights that are the Right to Choose, the Right to Consumer Education, the Right to Safety, the Right to seek compensation, the Right to be informed and the Right to be heard.
  • Out of the other six, two people knew about four rights and were unaware of the rights related to compensation and consumer education.
  • The other four knew about the rights regarding choosing, safety and education and information.
  • To make a graph, place the ten consumers on the X-axis and the six rights on the y-axis and make the bar graph accordingly.
