Independent of type of firm the minimum number of partners in partnership is two.

As because the terms partnership refers to an agreement.

Atleast two people will be involved.

As Partnership Act hasn't limitation on maximum number of partners for business Companies Act, 2013 Section 464 limits this limit at nearly 50.
