SOLUTION

First we will take LCM of both the Fractions,

7 and 9 LCM is 63

Then we will write down equivalent fractions for each separately,

2/7 = 18/63

and 5/9 = 35/63

As, 35/63 > 18/63

=> 2/7 < 5/9

Hence Megha completed less work.

By subtracting we can check it is less by how much ,

5/9 - 2/7 = (35 - 18)/63
