Megha had stored all her magnets in a plastic bag. Later she found that the strength of the magnets was lost. What should she have done to prevent the magnets from losing their magnetism ?

Demagnetization is the process when a magnet loses it's magnetism. Magnets should be stored properly so that they do not get demagnetized. To prevent this bar magnets are stored in pairs by a wooden peice between them and unlike poles opposite. Peice of soft iron keepers are kept across the ends. However a horseshoe magnet needs only one keeper.
