  1. The bread will no more be white and will be grayish - greenish in colour.
  2. The bread will smell bad.

Conclusion- The bread is not fit to eat.

c) What would happen if spoilt food is consumed?

If the spoilt food is consumed then the consumer may have typhoid, diarrhea or food poisoning.
