The height of the tower will be 10.4 metres.

• Given data :

In 3 p.m , the length of the shadow of the Meghani is 4 metres and 50 centimetres or 450 centimetres. ( Term of unit conversion = 100 centimetres = 1 metre)

At,that time the length of the shadow of the tower is 360 metres or 36000 centimetres.(Term of unit conversion = 100 centimetres = 1 metre)

• Now,

If the length of the shadow of the meghani is 450 centimetres then the length of the shadow of the tower will be = 36000 centimetres

If the length of the shadow of the meghani is 1 centimetre then the length of the shadow of the tower will be = 36000/450 centimetres

If the length of the shadow of the meghani 130 centimetres (1 m 30 cm) then the length of the shadow of the tower will be = (36000×130)/450 = 10400 centimetres = 10.4 metres (Term of unit conversion = 100 centimetres = 1 metre)

The length of the shadow of the tower will be 10.4 metres. (Answer)
