Meha completed A work in 1/5 hours. If she supposed to be compiled in in 1/4 hours. How fast did she works?

Earlier she took 1/5th of an hor which is 60/5 = 12 mins
later she took 1/4th of an hour which is 60/4 = 15 mins
So she delayed the work by 3 mins. I hope the question is correct.
