Explanation:

A change in which one or more new substances are formed is known as chemical change. For Example, when the iron is exposed to air and moisture, rustformation takes place. Rust is nothing but Iron Oxide; a new substance formed out of the reaction. ... Hence, rusting of iron is a chemical change.

Answer:

melting of ice is called physical change because when the ice will melt and convert into water but you can freeze it again in a freezer whereas rusting of iron takes place when there is a moisture in the air and red colour rust is acquired on it and we can't change it.its a irriversible change.whereas melting of ice is reversible change
