Answer: Elected by Gram Panchayat amongst persons whose name appears in the electoral roll of West Bengal legislative assembly for that particular village or gram other then a person who is among the elected member of Gram Panchayat or panchayat samiti.. No provision for separately elected Nyaya Panchayat is there.
