Answer:
Yes. And both are necessary to each other; not only for procreation, but to be complete. Men tend to be more analytical, decisive, looking for the answer or solution. Women, more emotional; willing and eager to listen and comfort. Women are sensitive to feelings while men tend toward abstract logic. Both attributes are necessary to manage a household and raise children. This is the rule, but of course there are many exceptions.

Men and women are indeed two sides of a coin. Apart from this being a philosophical comment there is in fact a biological reality to it.
Explanation:
- As the two sides of the coin together make up the coin and the coin as a whole has value in this world, similarly man and woman together make up for the totality of life and any one of them would not make the nature whole.
- Philosophically men and women have differences in their nature but the aspirations, temperament are all similar.
- It is just that women and men are raised in very different environments and ages of societal conditioning has led to us believing that their basic fabric is different.
