That really won't solve the problem, any one who is oppressed always retailates some how. They might retaliate with a curfew towards women during the day or some other form of aggression (Most retalitory aggression is passive aggression). If introduce a curfew for men at night then they'll only go out in the day. Second it's mostly men who work in the transportation sector and most shops, where exacty would women then go?, for what?. Most lorry driver and trains operators are also men, try running are state let alone a country without logistics for food and other products that insanity. You can't retrain entire sectors of the work force over night.
Third ,most people who commit crimes are probably not going to follow a curfew, like a curfew is going to stop them.
Fourth crimes against women don't just occur during the night either, a fair amount if not more is done during the day.
You could try a all round curfew but that like half of all time gone, no night time hospital, ambulance worker.
Curfew used to exist in authuratrain countries till they understood it was economically unfeasable.
