these laws are quite hard to understand and learn if you are new to this topic...I have tried to give an easy explanation of the laws!

Mendel's Principle of Heredity or laws of Heredity are as follows...

1. Law of Dominance - It states that after crossing over of two contrasting characters, one which is the dominant is able to show its maximum characters.

2. Law of Segregation - In each generation gametes are able to show the separate characters and also able to show its own characters. There is no blending of characters

3. Law of independent assortment - When the result of first filial generation was self pollinated, the plants were of four types and the ratio was same as segregation
