Mension different between solenoid and toroidal solenoid

The main difference between solenoid and toroid is that the solenoid is considered as the straight coil and the toroid is the bent solenoid which is having ring or doughnut shape.I

In toroid due to the ring shape the magnetic field is much stronger than solenoid at its center.
