The next term of this series is 70.

Explanation : 1st term + 2nd term + 2 = 3rd term

                      3 + 8 + 2 = 13.

                     2nd term + 3rd term + 3 = 4th term 

                      8 + 13 + 3 = 24.

                      3rd term + 4th term + 4 = 5th term

                        13 + 24 + 4 = 41.

So,                  4th term + 5th term + 5 = 6th term
      
                        24 + 41 + 5  = 70.

6th term = 70.
