Solution:

First we will simplify the question so that, we understand what it exactly wants from us.

So, in these type of questions, it is prefferd to move from the last condition.

Here, we will first take, "...last but one letter of alphabet". This statement means, the second last letter of the alphabet.

Now, the next condition says, "...tenth letter to the left of the last but one letter of the alphabet." That is, "...tenth letter to the left of the second last letter of the alphabet."

Now, it says, "...eighth letter to the right of the letter and which is tenth letter to the left of the last but one letter of the alphabet." This means we need to move to the 8th letter to the right of the lettee, we got in the previous condition.

Lastly, we need to find the letter, which we got in the last condition as it is our answer.

So, we move step by step.

⟹ Second last letter = Y

STEP 2:

⟹ 10th letter to left of Y = O

STEP 3:

⟹ 8th letter to the right of O = W
