Answer :-

The cell theory was a brief account of the characteristic features of a cell and it's activities.

A part of the content of the cell theory is as follows :-

Every living being is made up of Cells.

Every living being has cells which contain a "Nucleus" along with a small amount of "Protoplasm".

Each and every activity of an organism is an outcome of the activities of the cells in the body of that organism.

Every cell may or may not be bounded by a cell wall.

Some exceptions to the cell theory :-

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Absence of nucleus in Bacterial cells.
There was no information about "Viruses" in the cell theory.
The cell theory did not provide any sort of information about how new cells are formed.
Extra Information :-
The cell theory was proposed by Schleiden (Botanist from Germany ) and Schwann (Zoologist from Britain).
"Nucleus" is the controlling authority of a cell.
"Protoplasm" is defined as the living entity present inside a cell.
The three parts of the cell theory are:
All living things are composed of cells.
All living things are composed of cells.Cells are the basic units of structure and function for living things.
All living things are composed of cells.Cells are the basic units of structure and function for living things.All cells come from pre-existing cells. Also, organisms grow by “adding on more cells” NOT by increasing the size of their cells.
