Caste inequality have cherished from centuries in India . During the early times , even the society was divided according to caste , for example : Brahmin , Kshetriyas , Vaishyas and Shudras .
The lowest caste faced dominance from the upper caste and felt ignored in the society . They were humiliated and were not even provided with basic human rights . Religion inequality is prospering in the present times . People wish sometimes deprived of their rights on the basis of their religion . For example : In chapter case study , Ansari , who was to get an apartment at the first sight was refused to own it after the apartment lady comes to know his religion .
These inequalities should be eredicated from the society for its development . Constitution provides rights to the citizen , it is now the law that should protect these rights .
