3- presbyopia ( old sightedness, there are 2 cases in this

1) not able to see near objects that is hypermetropia corrected by concave lens

2) myopia + presbyopia , is corrected by bifocal lenses

4- astigmatism ( vision becomes blurred )

5- cataract ( vision of eye decreases and ultimately lost )
