Hello Mate,

Acid rain is caused by the mixture of sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide which further react with the water molecules in the atmosphere. Acid rain when falls,the soil absorbs the water and it goes into the ground..... It kills insect and aquatic life-forms as well as causes damage to buildings and having impacts on human health. Due to the corrosive nature of the acids it damages both non-living things as well as living organisms. Acid rain poisons rivers and lakes.
