The electoral college of President consists of elected members of parliament ( both upper house-Raj Sabha and Lower house-Lok Sabha) and legislative assemblies of the state. While as the electoral college of President consists of elected as well as nominated members of Parliament (Lok Sabh and Raj sabh) only.
