Pepsin and trypsin both help in protein digestion.
Pepsin is formed by proenzyme Pepsinogen while trypsin is formed by proenzyme Trypsinogen. ( Proenzymes are inactive forms of enzymes. )
Pepsin is produced in Stomach and trypsin is produced in Small Intestine.
