Answer:

Discrimination is said to be an unconstitutional act done by some people against a group of people. In simpler words,  the unjustified mistreatment people do by judging their caste, color, ethnicity, sex, or age is known as discrimination. The three harmful effects of discrimination are as follows:-

  • Inferiority complex due to insecurities.
  • Fear of getting bullied and
  • Clinical Depression.

Discrimination should be removed for a better future. They can be removed in the following ways:-

  1. Firstly, we need to spread awareness about discrimination by sharing the stories of the victims.
  2. Secondly, we need to teach the kids to be kind and open-minded.
  3. Third, we need to open our arms and accept humanity.
  4. Fourth, strict laws should be made and implemented properly so that it sets an example in society and people do not dare to discriminate against anyone.
  5. Finally, we need to be vocal about the issues and stop casual discrimination that will eventually end up in removing the discrimination.
