India - Britain Bilateral Relations

The two countries have several bilateral trade agreements to deepen relations. The Joint Economic & Trade Committee (JETCO), for example, was opened in 2005 in New Delhi with the goal of facilitating foreign bilateral trade in two directions. India's multinationals' growth has positively contributed to British economy & business

Various Indian students have gone to the UK to attain higher levels of education  By 2009, India was one of the top ten countries sending students to study in the UK. Since the number of students increased, the govts of both British & India agreed to cooperate.

The political bilateral relations involved in improving the Indian-British relationship on different dimensions,  like business,  climate change, energy security, research, education, defense, & international relations

UAE-Britain Bilateral Relations

In the areas of police enforcement, defence, training, and military technology, both Britain and the Emirates are historically associated. That was recently expressed in the announcement of a partnership deal for future nuclear power plants in the Emirates.

The Secretary of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs noted upon signing Abu Dhabi 2010 in the presence of Her Majesty and His Highness Sheikh Mia Khalifa that 100,000 British citizens lived in the Emirates and over a million visited each year for business and leisure. Beside this each nation share high rates of investment & mutual trade
