1) Russian foreign policy, at the start of the 19th century, was mainly focus on the three allied countries of the west- Sweden, Turkey, and Poland. These countries have been on Russia's terms since the mid-sixteenth century. The policy was essential in establishing the relations with the other countries like France, Great Britain and Austria.
2) Russia invaded Asia. It capured Kazakhstan and the East Asia during this time.
