Hello friend,
1)Right against social discrimination: The constitution strictly forbids the practice of untouchability in any form.
2)the state may reserve some posts for members of backward classes.
3)There should be special provisions for women and children.
hope it helps.

The following are the two main exceptions for the right to equality:

1. Right against discrimination: the Constitution of India forbids any type of discrimination and thus ensures equality before the law for all. Therefore, in order to remove discrimination, the government has the power to make special provision for women and children. But these provisions are just made to confirm that any of the citizens including women and children are not facing any kind of discrimination and not to give more rights to them.

2. Right to reservation: in order to protect the weaker sections from exploitation in the workplace or educational institutes, the Constitution of India has declared the reservation for them. As a result of this reservation policy, the weaker section of the society, women, children and minority can get better access to the facilities provided by the government.
